Fresh Off the Roast is a Washington, DC based small batch roastery providing the freshest beans in the city. Started in 2007 to sell coffee at open-air markets, Fresh Off the Roast moved into more permanent quarters in 2009 with the opening of Qualia Coffee in the Petworth neighborhood.
